Safiyyah (Alter) Build and Guide

If anyone truly knows Safiyyah before she put on the mask, it would be Rawiyah.

Even as a classmate of Rawiyah at the Royal Military Academy, Safiyyah had already demonstrated exceptional talent in tactical command. However, being born an illegitimate daughter of a noble family and enduring bullying made her quiet, introverted, sensitive, and cautious.

It was Rawiyah’s presence that brought a glimmer of light to her life, rescuing her from a dark and isolated world. After graduation, the two continued to work side by side, joining the Public Security Bureau’s mobile team and vowing to protect Surge City together.

Though their vow is repeatedly tested, and Safiyyah’s principles and persistence are constantly challenged, both remain steadfast in their belief that they will always walk side by side.
